Happy New Year Lincoln creatives! We are very pleased to kickstarting with a Mash Up as part of Lincoln Performing Art Centre's micro-festival of work-in-progress, Newvolutions. Some of best and brightest are taking part this year - have a look at the full line up here.

If you haven't been before, the MashUp is an informal networky social event for local creative professionals, with the bar very much open it's a great way to catch up with colleagues and meet new ones. Half way through, we open the floor to anyone who wants a minute or so to ask a question, make a pitch, sell a show or just introduce themselves.

Lincoln Mash Up is open to any creative in any industry! We have a fully open door policy; if you know anyone from design, architecture, oil painting to potato printing, please bring them along!

MashUp is off to Hull! Fancy coming along?

Wednesday 15 November from 2.30pm

Location: Hull, the City of Culture!
We are very excited for our first MashUp field trip and we really hope you can join us. We have limited spaces in the coach, so if you want to come along make sure you get your free ticket through Eventbrite here. We will set off at 2.30pm from Lincoln (exact location TBC) and head back at around 10pm. Coach is paid for, just bring some pocket money!

This visit to the City of Culture will offer an opportunity to explore the 'Tell the World' programme - the fourth seasonal instalment in the city's landmark year - and to meet professional creatives from the other side of the Humber Bridge. It offers a unique opportunity to share experiences, develop ideas and strengthen networks across the sectors from both cities.
Any questions just ask! We'll also be adding a very special Christmas mash up in December, so watch this space...
The Spud Collective is made up of Simon Hollingworth, Charlie Kemp, Tom Briggs and Phoebe Wall-Palmer. We are all Lincoln locals and arts professionals intent on making Lincoln a hub for creative activity.
